Mount Vernon Ohio Experiences An Unusual Rainbow Colored Sky at Dusk

Mount Vernon Ohio Rainbow Colored SunsetI took this photo on the edge of  Mount Vernon, Ohio near the Mount Vernon Nazarene University and the high school ball fields.  The sky color was so spectacular and looked like it ws filled with rainbow colors across the horizon.  I shot nearly a dozen  super colorful photos over the 20 minutes that the sky was filled with brilliant rainbow shades before it went completely dark.  I haven't experienced an evening quite like this one before and hope I see one like it again in 2015 because this was a "WOW" moment.

Beautiful shot and I am sure being there was even more spectacular. This morning here in Boston we had some small storm clouds still leaving and they were painted pink, orange and yellow in a heart stoppingly beautiful way.  Thanks for your shots.
