How to Stage Your Home for a Sale

While doing my usual PC "de-cluttering",  I ran across quite a few bookmarks that I had saved for clients.  I thought  that a list of links could be of some help to everyone starting to think about selling your home.

Clutter, "unique" colors always seem to be at the top of the buyers list on why they did not care for a home so here are a few idea that can help you out before putting your home on the market.

I see even though locations differ that the conversation is still the same!  I've heard that comment several times as well!
