Lone Tree Golf Community - Lone Tree, CO Market Report - Lone Tree Golf Course in Lone Tree, Colorado is another favorite of mine, the public course used to be a private club that had its struggles until South Suburban Parks and Rec department bought them and has run the course ever since. You still get the feeling of a private club when you play the course and the mix of homes on the course also has some that are every but as nice as you will find on some of the more exclusive private clubs in the area
as well.
There are essentially three levels of homes on this course, on the east and north side you have some very nice townhomes, and finding one that backs to the golf course will run you at least $350K, then on the north west side you have the original luxury series of homes that are priced from the mid $500K's to just under a million, and the back nine, or should I say the back eight, are all within a gated community of homes that range in price from $1M-3.7M (since the 10th hole is not officially within the gates of this community. The gated community and surrounding area is where you can find many of the pro athletes, especially from the Broncos and Avalanche because of the proximity to their training facilities.
2014 has been a fairly typical year in the Lone Tree golf marketplace with 23 homes sold in the area ranging in price from $290K for a 2 bed 3 bath townhome to $1.2M for 5K+ square3 feet home that backs to the 17th fairway.
There are currently 6 homes under contract with a price range of $240-849K and 16 Active listings, one of those is an attached single family home priced at $330K and the other 15 are all single family residences priced from $675-3.69M for an 11,000 square foot 5 bedroom 10 bathroom estate including 10 fireplaces on the 15th Fairway and has mountain and golf course views during the day and downtown city light views at night.
If you would like to see those homes, here you go, if you would like to see them in person, here you go 720-982-6322
