Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Hogging The Limited Time Lowest Prices.

Real Estate Agent with MOOERS REALTY ME Broker License 106759

The lowest, cheapest price for the best deal on anything makes it all about the cost.

Funneling down to the bottom of the filter that sorts all the marbles out. Whether the calendar announces Black Friday, Cyber Monday, whatever marketing sales hype date. The consumer wants, will get, has their wily ways to find the smallest price for the biggest value. On goods, services, anything. And one more thing. pie picture in maine photo

If you are peddling a product or service, want to keep your doors open.

Make it consistently high end quality.

Always cutting edge,  newest, biggest, baddest. Time and  money saving.

A loaded with comfort first and last model.

Or one of a kind home made tasty, fresh, over sized to never run out.

Better be surrounded shoulder to shoulder packed like Maine sardines canned, vacuum sealed, brightly wrapped to be eye catching too. Easy to spot. Parked and available in a large supply of personal best for you well stocked vending machine selection options. Oh and service what you sell expertly. Always sincerely smiling during, after the sales transaction.

That's all. No biggie in marketing real estate, anything today.

When the itch out in the crowd needs a scratch. It is hot as July, parched like a desert on a horse with no name for way way too long is happening. Out in the audience. The thirst for anything that needs quenching. Liberal lubrication in the retail therapy is the pause that freshes.

Bottoms up. Like another? Heck you're driving the mouse. Have it your way, without having to wear houlton maine river bridge town photothe cardboard jewel studded crown for a lid. Super size and make it a double Shirley Temple. Why not live it up?

Black Friday, Cyber Monday, real estate shopping anyime the buyer is ready.

The reach for the swipe of the plastic with the magnetic strip to get what I think I suddenly want really bad right now. NASCAR like shopping hit and run pit stops have to happen quick for the peel out. No matter what it is I gotta have quick like a bunny kids.

Folks are busy. But the Internet has fixed all that. Put the ability to search, scan, lock and load on a target purchase so easily.

To waste no daylight, burning the midnight oil. No matter what device in the holster you wear, that you hold or drive on your lap or desktop.

You have the information to tap tap toggle. Reach for a handful of the eye candy.

Push the button, flick the switch, yank the chain to turn it all on.

To dine on blog posts like this one you eyes typewriter, like eating fresh, buttered, salt and peppered  corn on the cob back and forth. Feasting on many video channels offerings. To dig deep, go way beyond out into cyber space for second, third and more helpings on well stocked websites.

Some say we are all herded like cattle, the round and round donkey looking, longing on the dusty marketing trail.

Chasing the Black Friday, Cyber Monday razzle dazzle shiny, tasty gotta have it carrot. Or whatever the item of the day spotlighted. For the absolute lowest price. That we are made to think with the power of suggestion that life will never be the same if buying it with a sense of urgency can not be done . We can not live without it. Or should have it in your favorite color at the speed of thought.maine woods trail photo

Because you, we, me are a success. Flaunt it. Pamper yourself. Get one, take two they're small because you deserve it. Earned it, are so so worth it. This POP point of purchase popping into your head will improve your life.

But whatever the motivation to buy, in real estate the lowest price for the property listings is always on the trail ride agenda.

Read more about how to wiggle it just a little bit. How much room is there in that listed real estate price tag that teases? To whittle. Shave. Chop to drop.

How far, low will she go? How much will the owner shimmy, shake, take off outback and remove in private dancing negoiations Tina? That is not what he or she is showing the World outfront for an online price today. Covering up more of the property like a turtleneck. Not plunging navel low cut. For the look of a little something that is wispy, that whispers. What is the lowest, cheapest figure, dollar amount price I gotta pay for the property listing, real estate for sale?

For us, it's not so much about the specials or the blacks, but the value and we can get that at any time.

Ed Silva... Whether buying a car, 5-3-1 rambling ranch or dozen room Victorian home, the public wants it all and then some. More more for less less. (Whip snap crack) Your expenses in your real estate operation better be lean and mean, but deliver higher than buyers, sellers, everyone's expectations all the time. Thank goodness real estate is fixed position and everyone can not leave town to buy it cheaper overseas. It would be last guy or gal out of town, turn the lights off.

But the black friday, cyber monday, has me thinking what kind of a deal can I get on a new Jeep... it extends. Spills over into all your thinking of shopping like a pirate. Arrrghhhh. Real estate is no exemption and I have heard it from customers because I wear the R. What's the deal if I buy in the next twelve hours? Hurry it up already they bark.

Enjoyed the post.  I agree we all need to take a minute and assess our motivation and see if we are using half-baked ideas.  Looks like you have figured out you can have your cake and eat pie too!

AH ... Ha, you so funny ha ha. Eat dessert first, why not? Enjoy life along the way. Not waiting until the tail end.

Customers are shopping price . . . . Give them value . . . .  high quality . . . . the benefits of your services and or product, and in most cases we can gap the issue of price.

Good luck and success.

Good morning Andy. I won't be following the crowds to any of these stores, that is for sure. I'll always figure out when the crowds aren't there or not at all.

Make it a great week!

LL ... True. Service does not seem so important for warranty work until you need it. Airlines have us doing just about everything but help fly the plane, clean the bathroom and all for the low price to make it happen. Often without the low price, no dice. So picking priorities, like real estate wish list, and match it with the wallet or purse takes place. In a quick math exercise of should I or shoulda I (as the plastic swipes) The bill says see you in 30 days Mister Man.

JP ... Online is an easy place to cruise the aisles, no parking garage ticket or where did I park the Edsel, Yugo, Bentley either. Like shopping, real estate eenie meenie miney moe is something to take out of the lesson book examples of this is how you do it for a big screen TV, 800 thread hotel sheets on sale. Can we make the conection too in creative ways to stand out from the herd and be heard. Loud and clear. Marketing anything has rules. People have preferences, little quirks like you and I on how to deliver best.

Good morning Andrew. I am getting so tired of all the black Friday, cyber Monday, blowout deals, sales.

All I want folks whom are looking for good value at a fair price, which is what I do myself.

Sometimes the deals are out there and the consumer continues to sit on the fence waiting for it to get lower...and they miss out on the deal!

S and D ... Have another slice. Happy Holidays!

CA ... Amen.

GS ... Preaching to the choir on this one topic!

L and S ... They have to miss out on one. To recognize when another deal comes along! To drop everything, pounce on it.

Hi Andrew - there was a deal that I missed on Black Friday for something I can use in my business, and hope it goes on sale again after the holiday.
