The power of positive thoughts?? This is your challenge!

Real Estate Agent with Max Broock Realtors

As many of us here in the Detroit area know, the times have been tough.  My business continues to be strong, but I have to work harder than ever to make a sale.  It seems that every time I turn on the local news or pick up a local paper, there's a horrible story about the local real estate market.  If I chose to believe what I hear/read.... I wouldn't be able to get out of bed.  The depression would be simply too much!

We as Realtors owe it to ourselves and our colleagues to look at the bright side.  There are good things going on out there.  I STRONGLY believe that we CAN and SHOULD have the power to DIRECTLY impact the market.  Our customers respond to our confidence.  I'm not suggesting that we falsely represent the market conditions.... However, we can choose to point out the good things that are happening out there.  I challenge everyone who reads this BLOG to commit for one month to look at the glass as "half full".  I think we'll all be surprised as to what we're capable of doing!

Even bad markets had good...in a slow market there are many good deals. Perfect for investors and first time home buyers.

Create a "hotlist" consisting of the best deals in the market and advertise you have one.  People will come.

Keeping your head clear of negative thougths is the best way to live.  Good luck!

We are what we think, it is one of our greatest assets as human beings.  Being able to choose the attitude we color the world.  So totally agree.
