I Googled, looking for vendors that service my MLS.
First result: Diverse Solutions.

Are Z & T taking over the real estate listing industry?
Me thinks, YES.
Happy, NO!
I have the same feeling about Z & T now as I had about BoA and others during the foreclosure crisis.
Conveniently enough, we real estate professionals have fallen victim to an ineffectual trade association and have no power as individuals.
Somewhere along the way, we decided to shoulder all of the responsibility and expense for securing the listings that move the real estate economy forward while simultaneously giving up all control over how the public actually sees those listings.
Z & T have overpowered Realtor.com and all of the big box brokerages and successfully designed a platform that actually hides the listing agents information from public view and then turned back to real estate professionals to SELL US THE INFORMATION that our listings generated.
I feel fully and duly screwed.
I am hoping that by making this a public post, I can, in some small measure, encourage public awareness and ask for their SUPPORT of their LOCAL REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS!
If you have recommendations for an IDX service, I would love to hear what you have to say on that as well!
