I am running out to do the photo shoot for a new listing and it is way too dark for the outside pics...
Just a quick tip for the home sellers looking to sell during this unstable weather season - grab some photos of your home exterior when it is sunny!

In a meantime we will have to work with what we have. Come back to see the new listing details tomorrow morning!

Marina: Good luck on acceptable exterior pictures during this time of year. There are several plug-in programs that pro photographers can use with Photoshop to make an overcast day look like the sunniest day on the beaches in Florida. Good Luck!
