LAKE HILLS - Riverside California
Lake Hills is a wonderful community in the southwest part of Riverside CA. It is located close to schools, shopping, the freeway and a Metro station. It is in zip code 92503. Homes here were built over a number of years from about 1988 through 2000. Lake Hills Reserve is not included here. Read about Lake Hills Reserve. The homes range in size from about 1200 sq ft up to about 3000 sq ft. Lot sizes vary from quite small up to as large as a half an acre. The community includes some spectacular mountain and city lights views, tree lined streets and community parks. A fire station is located in Lake Hills. 
Lake Hills is in the Alvord School District and the children here attend the following public schools: Lake Hills Elementary, Villegas Middle School and Hillcrest High School - a beautiful, almost new school. The tax rate is low and the HOA is only about $70 per month.
