Heritage Eagle Bend - Aurora, CO Market Report - Heritage Eagle Bend in southeast Aurora, CO
has been a popular golf community since they opened their doors in 2000. Heritage Eagle Bend is an active Gated Adult community with a gorgeous 35,000 square foot clubhouse that features state of t
he art fitness equipment, an indoor and an outdoor pool, the Eagles Nest restaurant, a ballroom, tennis courts and many other amenities and activities for the active adults that call this place home.
I remember seeing the billboards for this place over 15 years ago, and thought to myself that is where I will be living when I reach that age, well it is not so far off now and I have had a few friends already make the move and they absolutely love it. One of those friends even sold their home in Heritage Eagle Bend to move to Florida (God's waiting room as they referred
to it) and moved back within a year, they just loved the area and everything Colorado had to offer.
The homes in this community are all ranch style homes even swimmingthe townhomes and paired homes, there are also a handful
that have walkout basements. Judging by the activity in the community it is one of the most active Golf Markets in Colorado,
75 homes have sold so far this year form a $225K 1262 square foot townhome with 2 beds and 2 baths, to a $630K totally updated ranch with a finished garden level basement that backs to the 14th hole on 4600 square feet of living space
There are currently 7 homes under contract with only one of those homes being on the market more
than 30 days before accepting an offer, prices range from from $339-490K
If you want to buy a home in this great community there are currently 11 available, from a $253K townhome to a 5100 squ
are foot home backing to the 4th fairway and lake at the club, that is listed at $529,900.
This community has been very popular over the years for active adults, and with all of these wonderful things to do, I can see why. The proximity to the south Denver corridor and to the airport make it and ideal location.
