Heritage Eagle Bend - Aurora, CO Market Report - Heritage Eagle Bend in southeast Aurora, CO 
has been a popular golf community since they opened their doors in 2000. Heritage Eagle Bend is an active Gated Adult community with a gorgeous 35,000 square foot clubhouse that features state of t
he art fitness equipment, an indoor and an outdoor pool, the Eagles Nest restaurant, a ballroom, tennis courts and many other amenities and activities for the active adults that call this place home.
I remember seeing the billboards for this place over 15 years ago, and thought to myself that is where I will be living when I reach that age, well it is not so far off now and I have had a few friends already make the move and they absolutely love it.
