The Dublin California area is booming with new subdivisions, developments in new construction and Wallis Ranch is no exception. This new subdivision is currently being built and designed by Trumark Homes in the hills of East Dublin consisting of eight distinct planning areas, 185 acres and 806 attached and detached housing units. This subdivision was approved this year and work is already being dealt with the first model homes set to open September, 2015. Landscape architects are already in the works to create 83 acres of common area for clubhouse, spas and fitness centers, outdoor kitchen and meeting spaces, community gardens, a yogurt lawn and even a town square.
Located within the East Dublin specific plan area, Wallis Ranch is nestled among beautiful hills, meandering creeks and oak trees and is already destined to be one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the East Bay. Close to shopping, restaurants and daily necessities, yet Wallis Ranch will be in its own perfect little nature preserve. This community is about a 40 minute commute to downtown San Francisco along the BART rapid transit system and Interstate 580 is just 2 miles away. The Altamont commuter express train is less than 6 miles away and local schools, private schools and libraries will all be within just a mile or two from Wallis Ranch.
Home prices are tentative but approximately $600K+ with variety of home styles and designs.
