ElectriCritters at River Bend Nature Center- You are able to view this lighted display with more than 60,000 lights every Friday and Saturday through December 27, from 6:30PM-8:30 PM. The cost is $4 in advance or $5 at the gate. There is a Candy Cane Cafe to enjoy hot chocolate and apple cider after walking the trail. Shop for holiday gifts while you feast on cookies and hot popcorn! There is something for everyone!

MSU Christmas Concert- This is a great way to get into the Christmas spirit! The Department of Music will perform their Christmas band concert at 7:30PM in Akin Auditorium at Midwestern State University. Admission is free.

Wichita Falls Gun & Knife Show- This is not your traditional guns and ammo show...there is also jewelry, apparel, collectibles and more! There will be a free Daisy BB gun shooting gallery for the kids to enjoy. Show hours are 9:00AM- 6:00PM on Saturday and 10:00AM-5:00PM on Sunday. This event will be held at the Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall. The cost is $5 for adults and children 13 & under are free.

A Christmas Affair- Come on out and get your holiday shopping done or find a great gift for yourself! There will be over 20 small and home-based businesses, so you will be sure to find something that sparks your interest. This event takes place at the Ray Clymer Exhibit Hall in Rooms 3 and 4 on Saturday, 10:00AM- 6:00PM.

Christmas In The Park- This event will take place at Scotland Park on Saturday from 1:00PM- 3:00PM. Santa will arrive at 12:50PM on the train to announce the start of "Santa's Great Candy Cane Scramble." The scramble is for children ages 2 through second grade. There will be 10,000 candy canes scattered throughout the park and the children can "scramble" for as many candy canes as they can find. Please bring a bag for your child to carry their candy canes. There will also be skits, balloon art, carnival games and train rides. This event is free!

MSU Combined Choirs Concert- This wonderful holiday concert will be on Sunday from 3:00PM- 4:30PM at the Akin Auditorium located at Midwestern State University. Admission is free.
