It will give buyers the impression that your house is not clean. If you’re planning an open house, send the critters to a pet hotel for the day.

Good universal tips for sellers, but pricing that far below market takes nerves of steel and most sellers will not do it.  If the market is slow, getting them to price 5% below is feasible.
