I was speaking with my friend, Kathleen Daniels yesterday and spoke of the fact that I’ve been a journal writer for years….not so much nowadays, because of blogging. Well, this morning, I happened to pick up an old journal of mine from 1998, found this piece  (I have no idea who did this for me, but thank you in spirit)and after reading it, felt that we could all heed these words to promise ourselves~
