Rent Prices Rising Again in 2015, Have You Thought About Becoming a Homeowner?  I Can Help.

I read another article today from a reliable source at KCM, predicting another year of escalating rental rates through the country.

Considering the cost of being a landlord is also rising, I predict that I will also be rising the rates this summer on the homes that I still have by that time.

Part of my plan when I started increasing my rental business back in 2008 was to be out of the business within 10 years so now is the time that I will begin divesting in these properties.

If becoming a homeowner and putting your rent money into something that will build equity for your future interests you, then I can help.

  • I can help you to find the financing that it takes to buy a home.
  • I can help to prepare you to successfully seek out financing.
  • And in a few select circumstances I may be able to finance  your investment for a while.

Give me a call if you are interested in becoming a successful homeowner, I can help.

I am telling you Bob, why throw away your money on rent when there are so many great opportunities out there? I'd call Bob Crane and get on it right away.

I would rather pay a mortgage then pay rent. Now is a great time to buy with interest rates still low.

This is an opportune time for those that can, to buy a home instead of flushing their money down the drain as rent.

Good morning Bob. I wish I could understand it, so often a mortgage payment is the same or less than rents in many areas. I couldn't wait to buy my first home, doesn't seem to be the case these days.

Hi Bob Crane, we started buying investment homes about 30 years ago. It was always our plan to keep them and pay them off and them to fund our retirement. We have sold several along the way but still have plenty to keep us busy.

Hi Bob, What? You are a Hard Money lender? Very interesting.

Yes, it is time to buy if you can. At least a mortgage is "fixed" while rents will continue to go up.

Bob Crane - Rent prices are going up here in Arizona as well. There are a good amount of renters in my market that are still on the sidelines because of past bankruptcies or foreclosures that would qualify to purchase a home if they knew some of the loan programs out there to help these boomerang buyers.

Bob Crane - Very good call to action and I believe rental will go up a lot in many areas this coming year. I alwsy look at renting as paying the owners mortgage for him or her. Good luck with the divsetment of rental properties.

Thanks for the comment on my new profile picture.
