Demand for Juanita-Holmes Point’s real estate could change pricing
This Week
The median list price this week for the Kirkland-Juanita area is $475,000 is up from last week’s $474,974. Inventory has been lightening lately and the Market Action Index has been trending up. Though days-on-market is increasing, these are mildly positive indications for the market.
Supply and Demand
In the last few weeks, the Market Action has resume a climb. Despite the fact that we’re in a Seller’s market, prices have not yet resumed upward momentum. However, it is likely that given these conditions, prices will at least level off very soon. If the increasing trend continues, expect that prices could shift higher quickly.
Price
Prices in the Homes Point area have been on a downward trend recently and this week, while essentially flat, doesn’t break us out of that cycle.
