You can see that homes in northern Virginia are selling fast, and for top dollar. Homes in Stafford and Spotsylvania counties are taking a little longer to sell, as well as in Fredericksburg city.
Note that homes under $500K in Stafford, Prince William, Manassas Park, Fredericksburg, Fairfax and Arlington are selling, on average, higher than the average list price.
