New FHA Mortgage Loan Limits for Dallas FT Worth

HUD delivered a little good news to the Dallas/Ft Worth market recently, in the form of higher FHA Loan Limits.

Effective January 1st 2015 we have new and HIGHER loan limits for FHA Loans in our markets.

While FHA is not always the best option, the new FHA Loan Limits are sure to stimulate the local market.
