Oh yes, stuff that involves specialized trades such as plumbing and electric should always be done by a licensed plumber or electrician...if you care about the safety of your family (and house).Ā  If you don't, not only can you have a big safety issue, but it will cost you more later to fix it...it does come up on the inspections.
