Raleigh Home Inspection Today

Home Inspector with Clear Choice Home Inspections, Inc
Doing a Raleigh home inspection today in the rain. There are many advantages to doing a home inspection in the rain or after hard rains. This allows me to see active water penetration in the crawl space, roof leaks, site grading that might impact the structure, etc. Last years drought made some of those things potentially transparent with a new home (older ones would show signs during the home inspection). I love inspecting in the rain. I don't even mind snow, blizzards, sleet, hail, etc.

The more harsher the waether, the more defects I find without further investigation.

I just had a call from one of my clients Thursday, asking me if the rain will hinder my Friday inspection. I told him "absolutely not, the more rain the better".
