We received a call on a Sunday morning from our repeat clients who were qualified home buyers we had been working with to find a property for sale that suited their needs and budget in Valparaiso, Indiana.
The story goes that neighbors of a property told a relative of our buyers about a family that was going to list a property for sale soon.
We checked the address in the MLS and it was not active?
We learned through several phone calls who the listing agent was and called them to ask if we could show the property that day (even before it went live on the MLS).
The showing went well and we wrote an offer that was accepted the next day and closed 12 days later!
Looking back - it was a miracle chain of events that unfolded quickly that resulted in a fast sale and we thank God for that :)
