Red Hook NY 2014 home sales exceeded  2013

Although the year got off to a slow start in the Hudson Valley, the Red Hook NY real estate market bounced back. By November 30th  there were 57 sales in the town of Red Hook which exceeded the total sales of 51 in 2013.  The median and average sales were higher since there were 2 million dollar sales and more than half of the homes sold above $300,000.
