Buffalo Grove home sales for the month of November decreased in volume by 19.6% when compared to last year, while the median sale price rose by 8.1% from $209,500 to $226,500. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 12.5%, while the median sale price decreased by 3.3% from $329,500 to $318,500. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 36.7%, while the median sale price stayed the same.
