Glenview home sales for the month of November decreased in volume by 10.2% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 27.6% from $450,000 to $326,000. The number of Single Family homes sales stayed the same, while the median sale price decreased by 24.5% from $566,000 to $427,500. Condo/townhome sales decreased by 21.7%, while the median sale price rose by 21.4% from $215,000 to $261,000.
