Well, my buddies were back again this morning. They are my constant companions during the morning hours. Not every day, but several times per week, 2-3 deer will come by in the morning to say hello. Sometimes they are just passing through. I think they are checking to see if that weird creature behind those windows (me) is still there. Other times, like today, they will sit and watch me for a while. I don't think I am all that interesting to watch, but I love seeing them.

There were two that came by today. Sometimes they are joined by a buck sporting antlers. Even when I am busy, I will stop and watch these magnificent creatures. They always seem so at peace.

The Eagle Watch neighborhood in Woodstock Georgia where I live, backs up to Corp of Engineer property. My guess is that these deer live there and come out to see how their neighbors are doing. I know in the evening we have to be careful not to hit these guys as they leisurely stroll out into and across the roads.

To me, this is one of the best reasons to buy in this area. We are blessed with a natural area full of creatures, yet not far from the bustling craziness called Atlanta. So, if this type of living appeals to you, give me a call. If I am not busy with my deer friends, we can talk about your next home in Eagle Watch!

How cool is that.  Isn't it fun when we can enjoy nature so close to our homes.
