Madison County Real Estate Investor

Are you or someone you know a real estate professional, mortgage officer, or real estate investor? Are you or someone you know in a field related to the real estate profession? Have you heard that there is a Madison County Real Estate Investor Association. Meetings are normally held the 2nd Thursday of every month at the Huntsville Board of Realtors on Monroe Street. Meetings begin at 6pm and there are opportunites for networking and education in real estate investing.

Madison County Real Estate Investor Madison County REIA has an exciting event coming up. They will host the Millionaire Maker Board Game for ages 15 and up. It is a really fun way to learn how to build wealth!! The game will be a two day event on April 18 (6 to 8:30pm) and April 19 (2 to 4:00pm). The cost is $10 for an individual and $15 for a couple. It will be held at Crestwood's Women's Center. I have attended one of these events before and not only is it really fun it is also very educational!! So if you think you might want to come and learn about real estate investing or building wealth, I invite you to attend one of these events.

Hi Kimberly,

Sounds like fun, and what a great idea for a fund raiser? The game reminds me of Monopoly that we played as kids. I'm now playing it (monopoly) with my grandkids, teaching them to buy real estate and how to count money in the bank. They're really small, but they love it too.

Kimberly ~ REIA groups can be an excellent way for new investors, as well as seasoned investors to learn about real estate investing, as well as meet some really cool people. Here in Raleigh, we have TREIA, and there are so many opportunities to network - like a Buy and Hold group, The Millionaire Game, Rehabber groups, etc.
