Lindenhurst home sales for the month of November rose in volume by 12.5% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 5.7% from $153,750 to $145,000. The number of Single Family homes sales stayed the same, while the median sale price decreased by 8.6% from $158,700 to $145,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 50%, while the median sale price decreased by 6.5% from $131,500 to $123,000.
