Frisco, Tx paying closing costs?

By

Individuals living and working in Frisco can have the city of Frisco pay their closing costs, up to 10,000. The home has to be valued at $130,000 or less, which is probably the hardest part of the transaction.... finding a home in Frisco for under $130K. Interest rates have steadily declined in this last week, so take advantage while you can. 30 yr under 5.75%... 15 yr under 5%  We are loving the rates down here. I find more borrowers interested in skipping payments rather than lowering the rate. Weird?

Wow, and the city is paying closing costs?   What an incentive .....it would never happen in Jersey!

You bet ya!  That is great news!  We need to hear more about the programs we are paying for in our taxes to help Frisco families achieve their dreams of home ownership.  Real estate is a good investment in any market.  Government programs like this should be broad-casted on AR and any useful site!
