I had the great honor of being featured on the Bigger Pockets podcast today. For those of you who don't know, Bigger Pockets is the best real estate investing website there is. I am active in the forums, which is a great place to learn new things about real estate and to help others find their way through the confusing world that is real estate investing. There are insanely smart people there who freely share their insights, and many of them blog and have also been featured on the podcast. I listened to all 100 shows before appearing as guest #101.
We discussed what it's like to work as a real estate agent to the investor world. I gave my viewpoint on what investors need to do to prepare themselves to start investing in real estate. I also gave my opinion on the ideal property types to manage as a property manager.
