Who should read this book?
Real estate investors, real estate agents who serve investors, and most importantly, real estate agents who are not currently serving investors; if you're not serving investors, you're missing out on nearly half of the market. Since 1998, I've been buying properties at public auction. I started out knowing very little about the space, and have taken my experience and success to create a system and company unlike any other, specializing in serving the needs of real estate investors, and the savvy agents who serve them.
I've bought about 250 properties for myself, and another over 2000 on behalf of my clients at public auction over the last 16 years. Naturally I've learned quite a bit through those experiences, and I've written a book where I share my most successful strategies, do's and dont's, and other magic trickery I've learned over the years.
