I think this is true for ALL human beings who are buying or selling a home.
 
More often than not, the purchase or sale of a property will be one of the largest financial transactions a person will complete in their lifetime and having a Professional on their side to guide them through and answer questions as they arise is KEY to getting the deal done!

Agent response times are one of the biggest complaints clients have. When they have urgent questions that come up, they want answers ASAP & their agent is expected to get back to them in a timely manner. 
 
Buyers considering a property want all of the information about that home at the tip of their fingertips and with the aid of today's technology they are usually able to have it! 
 
All of my listings receive their own unique website and buyers who find it on line or drive past the house are able to access the info 24/7. They can even message me directly through the site & get most of their questions answered quickly if I am on my cell phone and able to respond which is usually the case.

Keeping my clients and prospective Buyers of my listings informed and in the know about every step of their transaction is my top priority and a huge part of my success! It's why I receive the Refereal business I do from my wonderful loyal clients!
