The People You Know, Like and Trust!
Alan, go back and edit your listing to have potential customers contact you direct and you register them with the builder, take them out to see the construction.  Otherwise you will never know if someone buys a home you pointed them to. Go now, hurry and change it!

My wife and I are looking for a beach front or water view house  or condo to rent for a minimum of 1year with the intention of buying if we are happy there.  We have two mini poodles and Sandria is handicapped.  We love homes from the 20's and 30's in particular. We are gardeners. One story preferred.  Rent rate $1,000-$2,000 per month. 2-3 br with 2 bathrooms.1500-2500 square feet. Hard wood floors, kitchen somewhat up to date, tub and shower, fenced yard for dogs, view window in front, access to back yard for dogs.  We are in our 60's and want to retire in some sort of peace.  We live next to a military air base which is quite noisy.  I am a reitred teacher and Sandria is an owner operator of a small oil company.  We appreciate you looking for us.
