Is it time to begin the thinking for 2015?

So I sit here this morning thinking that maybe its time for a new job or a new challenge, and I came across this very interesting quote:

So instead of a new job, why not just redefine the one I already have, set some goals for 2015?

Sometimes I get so tied up in the alligators that I lose sight of the original goal to drain the swamp. If I could just get some time set aside to set goals for the year, then lock down on it, this could be the year of change, right?

Am I the only one that feels that? What can we do to set the goals, then lock them down, and follow them?

Dennis- I'm not the one to provide an answer but many are making themselves accountable to someone for their goals.  That may work.

Dennis, love that quote.  Pretty much sums up anyone who works without a plan.

I have never heard this quote before...Sometimes I get so tied up in the alligators that I lose sight of the original goal to drain the swamp.

Merry Christmas... and yes make new goals....
