Owensboro,KY Real Estate Market Update

The Owensboro,Kentucky real estate market is picking up momentum as we head in to the prime selling months. 

 I am happy to report that Owensboro, Kentucky's real estate numbers are strong for the end of March 2008.

There are currently 476 single family homes on the market in Daviess County, Owensboro,KY.

Now for the good news:  There are 120 single family homes under contract and 222 single family homes that have already sold this year. 

Tell me, does that sound like the doom and gloom market that the media portrays? Of course not!

This is a GREAT market.  Quit listening to the naysayers.  It's a great time to buy and sell.  Let's leave the media out of this and put the drama behind us and get down to the serious business of selling homes!

Those numbers sound great! Nope, no gloom and doom there. None here either. 363 single family homes currently on the market. 15 listings pending. 93 sold this year to date. The market is a little slower but not dead.
