For years, it’s been said that the determining factor for a lot of buyers decisions--beside price--is “location, location, location.” And there is some truth to this; especially in markets where you have features such as a view of cityscapes, waterfronts, or mountains. However, in markets like Tulsa, where the landscape is flat (except for the 3 hills in our 71st-81st street corridor), the general rule of “location, location, location” is dictated by proximity.
