The most expensive home reported sold this past week in Berwyn was a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath brick bungalow with a complete 2nd floor addition on the 3500 block of Elmwood Ave. This professionally rehabbed home was upgraded throughout. It sold for $325,000, just over asking price, in just 9 days on the market.
