Not only do these guys scam homeowners they will also come behind you on a house you inspected and scare the client into something they don't need and say you missed it. I have seen it happen many times!!!
The problem is that mold is not regulated. It opens the door for charlatans and scammers who play on people fears. They wind up spending a lot of money for something they don't need.
