We do not make money by referring people to Lenders who help with credit challenges. Again, we get a check ONLY at closing. When we have worked for you a while and for some reason, undisclosed to us, you choose another Realtor. You find a home and close within a 45 day period with another agent. Remember, we DO NOT get paid for the time we have already spent with you. Agents, this is business and not personal. Please GET BUYER BROKERAGE SIGNED regardless of the relationship.

I agree with you, my partners not long ago took the chance on three different buyers without a BBA and all of them had a friend or relative write up the offer after we did all the hard work in finding the right property.

Yep been there too several times this year. I made a buyer consultation checklist that I now give to potential clients and buyers that says I will request and need a signed Buyers Agency Agreement prior to showings, nothing personal it's just business. If they refuse to sign, they were I deal that I just saved gas money and afternoons taking actual signed buyers to showings.
