It IS Special...

I had a conversation the other day with someone who is employed outside of our Real Estate world. It went like this:

ME:  "Are you working on Christmas?"

HIM: "yes"

ME: "Thank you"

Him: perplexed look..."Why"

Me: "I respect your sacrifice..."

Him: "It's just another day.  Christmas is for kids anyway."

I know everyone doesn't celebrate Christmas.  I know everyone's circumstances aren't perfect.  But tomorrow & everyday, may we find something special at least once within each 24 hours.  Each day is a gift.

Brenda the gift of life is very precious indeed. Zig Zigler once said "everyday is great just try missing one." I think that holds true to your story. Personally for a woman in the moving industry chauffering families and goods everyday to or from the great Sunshine State, I am looking forward to a few days of love, good food and joy with my family and closest friends.

May you be blessed with the same and for those of us working; I'm with Brenda. Thank you for your sacrifice.

I know not everyone "celebrates" Christmas but unless there's some dire circumstances surrounding the holiday for someone it's pretty hard to deny how fun and special of a day it is.

Where I grew up Brenda, we celebrated 3 days of Christmas .. everything closes down early afternoon on Christmas Eve (that's when Santa stopped by) and then there's a 1st and a 2nd day of Christmas. Believers, non-believers .. everybody is celebrating because it is a special time to share with loved ones.

I appreciate you for thanking someone who will not spend that special time with family.
