The Owner and Manager of RE/MAX Leading Edge, Sandy Wing, emailed us a few weeks ago to set up meetings to review our 2015 Business Plans. 

Let's review. That means she is meeting with a hundred or so of us.

Now that is one person who us going to know a whole, whole  lot about Business Plans. The WRITTEN kind.

So, I started thinking. I better hunker down on this project. I wrote a question on Active Rain about which Vendor has a good Business Plan product. Buffini, Paperless Agent, Ross Hair, Tom Ferry? Next thing I knew a Trulia FREE Business Plan with a Webinar to accompany to explain all the steps appeared. Plus,  it was hosted by our very own Melissa Zavala. What a great presentation. She even covered DISC personalities and finding your own special talents to enhance.

I am getting many steps closer to a written Business Plan  instead of having one just circle around  like Christmas Sugar Plums in my head. The ideas are already there but the Golden Results may just be in the NEWLY written and to be shared and discussed version.
