10.)  Columbus, Ohio (Grandview Heights), median home price = $298,000;

9.)    Chicago, Illinois (northwestern neighborhoods of Jefferson Park and Forest Glen), median home price = $398,000;

8.)    San Diego, California (Point Loma peninsula area), median home price = $974,000;

7.    Raleigh, North Carolina (Umstead neighborhood), median home price = $268,000;

6.)    Fort Wayne, Indiana (Pine Valley area), median home price = $146,000;

5.)    Savannah, Georgia (north from Midtown to Historic District), median home price = $284,000;

4.)    Fort Worth, Texas (southwestern neighborhoods), mediamn home price = $380,000;

3.)    New Orleans, Louisiana (Lakeview, Lakewood, West End and Navarre), median home price = $398,000;

2.)    Las Vegas, Nevada (northwestern neighborhoods), median home price = $380,000; and

1.)    Orlando, Florida (central Orlando area), median home price = $276,000.
