There are two phases to this development; Highland Village (built in 1990) and Highland Village II (built in 1998). There are two community swimming pools. The properties you would expect to find for sale in the Highland Village Condos are either 1, 2, or 3 bedroom units. Two bedroom units are $160,000 to $165,000. Three bedroom units are about $190,000-$200,000 (very few sales so ask us to rerun the comparables when you are ready).
