Ready...Set...Go!!!!
My goal is certainly to keep up with my blogging efforts, article writing, and press releases. I have seen tremendous growth in this area. ActiveRain continues to be a great part of my business for both meeting new friends, referral sources etc. Along with this it offers great exposure for google juice.
I have ramped up the amount of mailers I send a month, increased my farm areas, and have implemented a more streamlined way of staying in contact with past buyers and sellers. I have also employed Smart Zip to help with targeted mailers...
Smart Zip is a newer technology company that uses the internet and consumers buying habits to help predict when people are likely to sell. On my first mailing I had a response rate of 3.1%, which is fantastic. You can track when they are looking at their value on your website. So of course I will let everyone know my results as I continue quarter to quarter.
