After reading Jason Crouch`s blog about the date night with his wife to the Art museum, I was inspired to share this moving and inspiring Angel Art by Tina Willis and Rick Hall.
I met Rick and Tina at the War Eagle Craft Show a couple of years ago, and wept when I saw their artwork. It is so moving. I was there as an exhibitor, showing off my home made soy wax candles for my little home business called Candles for A Cure. It was my first craft show and boy was I unprepared! I had to sleep in my car in the freezing temps outside because I could not afford a hotel room! I didn't have near enough supply of candles and had to drive home both nights to make more candles! I was exhausted. I didn't even make enough to break even but I sure had a blast and learned a lot. I also met great people like Rick and Tina.
I fell in love with their Angel Art that they create. They lived in New Orleans until they recently moved here to Arkansas after Hurricane Katrina. Tina has actually wrote a poem about the Hurricanes that rocked New Orleans called "After the Storm"

They also created this neat little piece of art called "Twisted Sisters" . Go check out their website and see the really great art they have.
Rick also makes huge pieces using many of the same pictures. Some of his art has sold for very large sums of money. I really like his one piece named "Knowledge".
This was a very large piece at their exhibit and the one that caught my eye. It was very emotional and almost profound.
Rick and Tina currently live in Eureka Springs which is the perfect town for them as Artists. This town is the best showcase for Art in the State of Arkansas.
Eureka Springs has tons of Tourist activity and numerous Festivals throughout the year. It has that old time street market appeal and is the best town to go shopping!
There really is so much to love about Eureka Springs. I could write about it all night. I guess I will have to do that in another blog!
If you have been looking for that special gift to send a friend or loved one who may need some encouragement, or maybe they just love angels, Silent Echoes Art is a great gift. They have some starting as low as $10.You can have it shipped right to their door!
I hope you are as inspired by this great art work as I was and find a piece to display in your home or office!
Enjoy!
Susan
