Active Rain Member Comes Through for Me!

Thanks so much to Jay Markanich ! I had a tenant email me a picture showing some water damage in the middle of a bedroom wall.  This wasn’t on the ceiling, it was right smack in the middle of the wall!  I was stumped on what it could be, but I figured there was either a plumbing leak, damaged siding or a roof leak.  However, I didn’t want to call three tradesmen out to assess the situation because that would mean three different service call fees to charge to my owner.

I emailed Jay and sent him the picture.  I told him my theories, and asked for his expert opinion on what was most likely.  He graciously answered me, we emailed back and forth a few times, and he was able to determine that it was probably the roof.  I sent out Baker Roofing, and they found the leak.  Thanks to Jay I was able to save my owner a little money and get the problem solved quickly!
