You will need to have these documents to receive a pre-approval letter or DU Approval letter to get out shopping for and submitting offers on the homes of your choice. You may qualify for programs from Zero Down USDA Rural, CHF Access half percent down, 3.5% down, 5% down, 10% down, 20% down and up. It all depends on what your fico scores and how much you want to invest into the down payment and closing costs.

You may qualify conventional ONE DAY after a short sale, foreclosure or deed in lieu with a minimum 660 fico score and 20% down. You may qualfy FHA ONE YEAR from a BK, short sale, foreclosure or deed in lieu from a minimum 580 fico score and 3.5% down payment program.
