For the most part Kootenai County sales are up and volume is up. A few spots in the rural areas Athol, Spirit Lake and South of Coeur d' Alene volume is slightly down but the prices are up. Overall though we have been seeing a gradual upturn and for all sakes and principles it appears that we are going to see a positive 2015.
