Yes the stated income loans are back again. You may qualfiy with a minimum 700 fico score and minimum 20% down for a truly stated income with verified assets, SIVA loan. This is currently available for self-employed only but will open the guidelines very soon to others. It only takes a few dozen questions to qualify and go over your options.
