The DiBiase Team Starts 2015 Off With A Bang!!!

As we embark on a New Year, the DiBiase Team is excited for the year ahead.  Many of us start to think of what resolutions we want to accomplish during the year to come! However, for the DiBiase Team it is not what we wish to accomplish, but what attributes of our business we wish to enhance. We pride ourselves in our ability to put smiles on our clients’ faces and help make it possible for them to buy a home with confidence. Whether you are just starting out or you have been in the business for years, improvement is the name of the game! To keep yourself on an upward track make conscientious actions daily to enhance not only your business but you as a person.

 

These are our 5 New Year’s Resolutions for 2015!

 

  Answer The Phone – Most agents do not realize the importance of this with their busy schedules and tend to put calls off until later. If we just so happen to miss a call, we call back immediately, even if they don’t leave a message. I can’t tell you how many times I have missed a call and it’s a new client just looking for help.  Remember: You cannot build a relationship with a client if they cannot reach you! 

2.       Call All New Leads Immediately - Buyers and seller want answers quickly.  Our team members are available and ready to call all new contacts within 2-5 minutes of the initial inquiry. The biggest complaint we hear from new clients is that previous agents did not respond to them fast enough, so they moved onto the next. This is a fast moving business and requires agents to be ready at a moment’s notice.

3.       Follow up and follow up again – Like the old saying goes, call them until they buy or die.  People’s lives change every day, just because they cannot buy today does not mean they aren’t interested at all!  A study that was done by the Association of Sales Executives shows that 81% of sales happen on or after the fifth contact. So don’t give up too fast! Be persistent but not pushy.

4.       Past Clients Are The Easiest To Keep But Also To Lose - Our commitment is to stay in touch often and regularly.  Consistency is the biggest factor! Sending monthly newsletters is one of our ways to keep engaged with our past clients. This is a simple but effective way to keep them up to date on current market conditions, maintain brand recognition, and remind them that we are still here to help whenever they need us.

5.       Customer Service Is Key – The client is always right!  We believe in total 100% satisfaction to all of our clients and we are not happy until you are! Clients above all just want to be treated as an individual and not as a dollar sign. Be sure to pay attention, be dependable, take notes, stay prompt, but above all be sincere! We take pride in the lives we have touched and hope that all of our clients feel as though they can always depend on us no matter what.
