Cielo Vista Park remains a popular place for home buyers in El Paso. This tends to be one of the areas where people who have grown up and moved away want to return to to raise their children. Stragglers seem to be more from condition than list price. Prices ranged from $71,500 to $235,000 and the homes were from 922 sq ft (there are some condos in Cielo Vista park) up to 3547 sq ft.
