Ron, trying to do a Fannie Mae with these asset managers for the HomePath group is a real challenge when an inspection is involved.  I sure miss when BidSelect was handing the Fannie Mae foreclosures in our area, as they were very good to work through an inspection with you.

Kathleen, the secret is to know the REO contract in and out, and beat them at their own game and wear THEM down!!!  We also had a top notch listing agent who forwarded our requests and extensions non-stop!!!  Thanks, Jennifer!!!!

Joyce was prepared ahead of time for what could happen in dealing with Fannie Mae,  and she had the necessary patience and resolve to wait them out to her benefit!
